By participating in the WaiterfulPRO Perks program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. General Rules

Perks are earned through engagement with the WaiterfulPro app (quizzes, daily logins, etc.). Points are non-transferable and have no cash value. Your restaurant and WaiterfulPRO reserves the right to modify or discontinue the perks program at any time.

2. Redeeming Perks

Perks can only be redeemed through the Waiterful platform. Redemption must be requested in advance, and bookings may be required for certain rewards.

3. Food & Drink Perks (At your restaurant)

Alcoholic beverages (wine, cocktails, beer, champagne) can only be redeemed after the employee’s shift. Food perks (starters, mains, desserts) must be pre-booked to avoid disrupting service times. Redemption is subject to availability and must be used at the designated times set by management.

4. External Perks (Non-your restaurant Rewards)

Perks from external sponsors (e.g., Amazon gift cards, bottle openers, macaroons etc) will follow their own redemption process. Employees must follow the specific instructions provided at redemption. WaiterfulPRO is not responsible for external vendors’ availability or policies.

5. Fair Use & Abuse Prevention

Fraudulent activity (e.g., quiz manipulation, false claims) will result in the forfeiture of all points and potential removal from the program. Management reserves the right to review and deny redemptions if abuse is suspected. By using the WaiterfulPRO Perks program, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
